Visited the University of Santo Tomas (UST) in Manila Philippines

Manila is the main capital of the Philippines and was where I stayed for several days after visiting Kidapawan Philippines.

During my visit to  the University of Santo Tomas I gave several lectures on our work related to plant based medicine.

My main purpose during these presentations is to emphasize the scientific approach to help us determine if specific plant based medicines have a benefit.

After my presentations I had a chance to meet with faculty and students to learn more about their interests and research.

It was a great opportunity to visit the University of Santo Tomas and I am looking forward to visiting again in the future.
